2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the girl in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has denied the allegation. She has stated that she was in love with the petitioner and out of her free will, she has married him and is living peaceful married life. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event
