2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58888 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the informant submits that out of six witnesses three witnesses have been examined. He further undertakes to examine all other witnesses on the date fixed in the trial.

5. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed.
