The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017 dated 16.02.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. A motorcycle belonging to the informant was stolen. Later, one Manish Kumar was arrested with respect to the occurrence and the name of the petitioner was taken by aforesaid Manish Kumar. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from of one Raja Babu Mahto. The implication of the petitioner, therefore, is on the confession of the co-accused Manish Kumar and on his own confession. Though, the petitioner has been made accused in 12 other cases in past, but according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is on bail in all the aforesaid cases.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56614 of 2017 (2) dt.30-11-2017 The petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2017. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Buxar in connection with Murar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017.
