After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Cr. Writ application in the light of Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. vide order dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases.

Permission granted.

The petitioner shall represent the entire matter before the Superintendent of Police, Saran within four weeks and the Superintendent of Police, Saran upon hearing the parties, shall

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1000 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 take appropriate decision in the light of representation made by the above said case i.e. Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases, with regard to the reliefs.

If upon verification the Superintendent of Police, Saran, requires, shall take decision under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this Cr. Writ petition is hereby disposed off.

In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
