2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piplawa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 302(B), 201, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and being husband has falsely been implicated in the instant case by the informant who is brother-in-law of the petitioner. It is further submitted that Sukhdev Choudhary and four others had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 47557 of 2024 and the same was heard on merit and after noting the facts of the case in detail, the privilege of anticipatory has been granted to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49667 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 Sukhdev Choudhary and four others. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioner is akin to the case of Sukhdev Choudhary and Ors. It is next submitted that the petitioner will not abscond rather he will co-operate in the investigation.

4. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Piplawa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
