2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(2), 309(6) and 317(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanghita, 2023.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, three unknown persons snatched the bag of the informant containing amount of Rs.77,362/- and also snatched the mobile of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and his name figured only on the basis of suspicion and he is in custody since 14.04.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions as made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Kumari Mithu Rani, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Baughat P.S. Case No. 11 of 2026.
