Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that ACP has been granted to him and he has no grievance for the same. No

Patna High Court CWJC No.10695 of 2013 dt.25-10-2016 any notice or show cause has been issued before reducing the pay scale. Petitioner has already filed several representations but same are still pending for consideration.

For convenience, petitioner is directed to file fresh detailed representation before the authority concerned and authority concerned will examine the plea of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
