The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since 05.06.2018. He further submits that the incident took place on account of land dispute and similarly circumstanced two accused namely Siyaram Sah and Ram Kumar Sah have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 53972 of 2018 vide order dated 02.11.2018.
Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner has no criminal history, the petitioner, named above,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71737 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 is directed to be released on bail after 21.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018.
