The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pirpainti P. S. Case No. 135 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the informant, mother of the deceased, has alleged that on 12th June, 2014, her son-in-law (petitioner) came and took his daughter to his house but on the next day, her body was found in Maini canal from where the mobile phone of the petitioner was also recovered, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
