The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sikti P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 2,00,000/- from him for executing the sale deed with regard to lands of RSP Nos. 1773, 1785, 1795, 1796, 1797, 1798, 1778 of Khata No. 90 situated in village Belguri, Police Station-Sikti but, the petitioner did not execute any sale deed neither returned the money.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has not produced any chit of papers to show that the petitioner and others received any money as consideration amount

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Araria in Sikti P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
