The sole petitioner, who is a lady and in custody since 28.09.2017 in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 459 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 452, 341, 323, 307, 353, 323, 332, 333, 427, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He submits that actually the son of the petitioner was kidnapped by an another person and since police was not taking any action, the local villagers had raised objection and thereafter, this present false case was instituted.

No.55495 of 2017(2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 Be that as it may, considering the fact that petitioner is a lady as well as general and omnibus allegation and in custody since 28.09.2017, let the petitioner Asha Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Gaya, District : Gaya / concerned court in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 459 of 2017 .
