2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accused persons have committed loot of a vehicle of the informant. The vehicle was recovered from the co-accused Patel Kumar, who said that Dhananjay Kumar had given the looted motorcycle to him for selling. Dhananjay Kumar in his self inculpatory statement has said that the petitioner was also involved in the loot. The petitioner is in jail

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in a loot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner even though co-accused Dhananjay Kumar has been granted bail.
