The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1485 of 2017, arising out of Excise P.R. Case No. 116 of 2017 dated 16.09.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2017. It is alleged that around 16 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor was recovered from the bag of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special
