However, the petitioner in case and if so advised surrenders and seeks regular bail within one month from today then his prayer for regular bail shall be considered preferably on the same day on its own merits without being prejudiced by the order of this Court of by the order of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran.
