The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sakara P.S. Case No.440 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 376, 504, 506, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner had been rejected by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 09.08.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.38541 of 2018. It is submitted that the victim girl solemnized marriage to Dheeraj Kumar.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner had been rejected

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3221 of 2021(5) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 on merits and now no fresh ground is there for reconsideration of the prayer made by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is once again rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
