2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 352, 351(20 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of assaulting and killing the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2025. He further submits that six witnesses have been examined and they have not

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the trial has started and the allegations levelled against the petitioner is of a serious nature; therefore, the petitioner does not deserve the bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs State of Rajasthan & Anr, 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3539, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
