2. This application has been passed for quashing the Memo No. 1071 and Memo No. 1072 dated 23.06.2023 passed by the Circle Officer, Sheohar whereby and whereunder the Circle Officer fixed date 10.07.2023 for removal of encroachment.

3. Final order has been passed in encroachment proceedings.

4. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file Appeal before the Collector, Sheohar within thirty days from today.

5. If such an Appeal is filed by the petitioner within

Patna High Court CWJC No.10118 of 2023(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 the aforesaid time, the same shall be decided in accordance with law. The limitation shall not come in the way of the Appeal.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
