The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 3467 of 2019, arising out of Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 31 litres of foreign liquor was seized, out of which 19 litres are allegedly seized from the possession of this petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
