2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 331(4),305, 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was found involved in a theft. The petitioner and the co-accused Mritunjay Kumar were brutally assaulted by the villagers and co-accused Mritunjay Kumar died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Muffasil P.S.
