JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for extension of time for surrender of the petitioner vide order dated 18.06.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18855 of 2015 while the anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 Pratima Devi was rejected, however, the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail with the condition that she would have to surrender within a period of four weeks.

In view of the reasons mentioned in this application, the time for surrender is further extended by four weeks. Order dated 18.06.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18855 of 2015 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
