1. In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 24.01.2024, as also with a view to redress the grievances raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition, the respondents have filed a supplementary counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated in paragraphs no.6 and 7, thereof that the entire retiral dues have already stood paid long back and as far as the monetary benefits, emanating out of grant of benefits of ACP scheme, are concerned, a sum of Rs.2,30,108/- as also a sum of Rs.48,190/- has now stood paid to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CWJC No.16333 of 2021(3) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 in case of any subsisting grievances, the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
