The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 413, 414, 400, 401, 201, 216(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, a stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered in this case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered. The petitioner claims that the motorcycle in question belongs to him. He has been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. There is no compliance of

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019.
