2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 27.02.2023, bail has been granted to the petitioner with a direction that "let the petitioner named above be granted bail only when the petitioner is on bail in all the nine cases, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there were in total 10 cases pending against the petitioner including the present one. In one case i.e. Nayagaon P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 59428 of 2023(4) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 No. 42 of 2011, he has been acquitted and about details of all the cases, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated in supplementary affidavit.

4. The Trial Court is directed to verify the statement made by the petitioner in supplementary affidavit. If it has been found correct, in that case, the Trial Court is directed to comply the order dated 27.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62691 of 2022.

5. With this direction, the present bail application is hereby disposed of.
