Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 for the offence under sections 379, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the loot of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 8.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
