====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 23713 of 2025 to the extent that the period of four weeks granted to surrender before the Court below be extended, so that the petitioner can surrender himself to be released on anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within further period of four weeks from today and if he does so he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44713 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

4. Accordingly, the Modification Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
