2. The Circle Officer, Sasaram will consider the representation of the petitioner and if he finds that the encroachment is made by the private respondent, then he will initiate appropriate encroachment proceeding under the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.10588 of 2014(3) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 Public Land and Encroachment Act and after hearing all the parties including the alleged encroacher pass an appropriate order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
