Perused the report of S.P., Begusarai dated 24.03.2021.

A disciplinary proceeding has already been initiated against the Investigating Officer of the case for non-submission of chargesheet within statutory period in a case registered under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The S.P., Begusarai shall inform the Court about final outcome of the disciplinary proceeding.

With the aforesaid observation, this matter is disposed off for the present.
