JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Atri PS Case No. 180 of 2017 registered under Section 353 of the IPC and Section 7 of the E.C.Act.

The allegation is of sale of fertilizer and potas without any license.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner and he is in custody since 10.11.2017. The police has submitted charge-sheet in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner namely Vijendra Ram @ Vijay Ram, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst, Gaya in connection with Atri PS Case No. 180 of 2017.
