JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-08-2017 Considering the fact that the petitioners are named in the first information report and allegations have been levelled against them to have assaulted the informant and his younger brother by lathi and iron rod, as a result of which they sustained grievous injuries, I see no illegality in the order dated 08.08.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bhojpur, Ara in Tiyar P.S. Case No. 58

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45813 of 2016 dt.01-08-2017 2 / 2 of 2015 whereby cognizance has been taken against them for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In that view of the matter, the application being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
