2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 103(2) of the BNS and Section 25(9) of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He has shot at the deceased and killed him.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2025. He
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43425 of 2025(3) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 further submits that the deceased died during celebratory firing in a marriage.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that there is a specific and direct allegation against this petitioner.
6. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
