By way of the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners seek quashing of the first information report of Roh P. S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12082 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 68 of 2011 registered under Sections 149, 379 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. I have perused the FIR. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this case. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
