Having regard to fact that the order of this Court has been complied by the opposite parties in letter and spirit and a reasoned order dated 08.12.2014 as contained in Annexure-F to the supplementary show cause has already been passed, there would be now no question to continue with this contempt application specially when the plea of discrimination of the petitioner has also disappeared, inasmuch as, appointment of Kumari Fatima on class-III post has been

Patna High Court MJC No.2419 of 2013 (2) dt.12-01-2015 found to be illegal and has been directed to be cancelled. That being so, this writ application is disposed of as having become infructuous.

Nothing said in this order however will come in the way of the petitioner in assailing the order in question disposing of her representation before appropriate forum/court as may be permissible in law. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Ranjan/- U
