The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2018.

The allegation is that a country-made loaded pistol and cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others were apprehended on suspicion that they were preparing to commit dacoity. Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
