2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2023 in connection with Jagdishpur (Bypass) P.S. Case No. 239/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 148.500 litres of different brands of foreign wine.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-9-cum-Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur (Bypass) P.S. Case No. 239/2023.
