2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60463 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim's compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 981 of 2022.

4. The order dated 07.12.2023 is modified to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50640 of 2024(2) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 extent indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
