2. This petition has been preferred by the petitioner directing the respondent to appoint him to the post of Nyaya Mitra.

3. According to the counsel, in the provisional merit list Annexure-P/3, the name of the petitioner is reflected at serial no. 02. The candidate at serial no. 01 at the time of counseling was not present even after that the petitioner has not been appointed to the post of Nyaya Mitra. Further, he submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.9982 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 the petitioner has already been submitted the representation before the concerned respondent vide Annexure P/5 dated 10.06.2025 which has not been decided yet. Therefore, it is prayed by him that this petition may be disposed of directing the concerned respondent to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/5) within specific period fixed by this Court.

4. The above prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner has not been opposed by the counsel appearing for the respondent-State.

5. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of. The concerned respondent is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner (Annexure-P/5) as early as possible probably within 60 days from today in accordance with relevant rules and law.

6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
