The petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 478/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 302, 201, 328, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that name of this petitioner has been disclosed by the wife of deceased in her statement given before the police. Wife of deceased, namely, Jamuni Devi has confessed before the Panchayat that she has committed murder of her husband. She has further disclosed before the Panchayat that on the instigation of this petitioner she buried the dead body of her husband in her house. Besides such allegation there is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 478/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
