2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 430 of 2022 registered under section 363, 366A,376 of the Indian Penal code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor girl and used to sexually assault her.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
