Patna High Court CWJC No.12324 of 2025 dt.26-09-2025 2/2 when member(s) of the Lohra/Lohara Caste files application, in that event, the concerned Revenue Authority is hereby directed to examine whether particular person who has filed application for issuance of Caste Certificate really belongs to Lohra/Lohara Caste or not with reference to spot mahajar and other issues and thereafter proceed to issue Caste Certificate strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law. If such application(s) is submitted, the concerned authority is hereby directed to take note of and decide within a period of four months from the date of receipt of application.
