2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 308, 354, 379 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Cattle Trespass Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant and her minor son and also molested her, when she opposed the grazing of crop by the cattle of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent, committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injury on injured is simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
