Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 307, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons abused and assaulted the family members of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implication in this case due to village politics.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail application submitting that there is specific allegation of assault against this petitioner.
