2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is a woman and is in custody since 23.04.2025. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and she is not the assailant of the deceased, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
