The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after four years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and disposed of the dead body.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general. The victim died due to illness and the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4480 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ekanger Sarai P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
