The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 339 of 2016, a case under Sections 307/506/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2016.

Allegation is that he fired causing injury near the pinea of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is complete now and the petitioner is ready to fully cooperate with the trial.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for bail considering the seriousness of the allegation against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57571 of 2017 (3) dt.09-01-2018 P2/ the petitioner.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 339 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
