JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was selected as constable but in course of verification of his documents, it was detected that there was major variance in thumb impression of the petitioner and thumb impression found on the eleven documents of the petitioner and, accordingly, it was suspected that one another person had appeared in examination in place of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 841 of 2015, G.R.No. 2902 of 2015.
