The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and the responsibility is upon him to save his wife and there is specific allegation of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

It is, accordingly, rejected.
