The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 242 of 2017 dated 24.09.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a), 32(ii), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

265 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor is said to have been recovered from a vehicle which is owned by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2017 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
