This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur PS Case No. 06 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)A/ 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 18.07.2018 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He submits that from the status report it has been found that charges have not yet been framed. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2018, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71240 of 2018(4) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
