KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 237 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that the dispute is of civil nature and no criminal offence is made out. It has been further submitted that

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail, upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 237 of 2017, with a condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 10,00,000/- to the informant-Opposite Party No. 2, within a period of six months, after his release.
