2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 14.04.2023 at around 09:22 hours son of the informant had gone to irrigate the field where he was shot dead. Informant suspects that his son was shot dead by this petitioner and other co-accused persons.
4. It is submitted that from bare perusal of the F.I.R it is apparent that this petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. Neither the informant nor any other persons are eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts that only on the basis of suspicion petitioner has been made accused and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D. J . M., Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. case no . 223 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
